What is "better", laminated wood flooring or engineering?
I'm looking for a flat good quality wood that if not real wood, atleast it looks like real wood. Like all homeowners, I want a floor that looks great, is durable, easy to clean and does not sound like walking on plastic when you wear heels. It is also important to consider: 1) I have a great Husky 2) my house is on a concrete slab 3) I would like maximize the resale of my house. All or any advice is appreciated …. especially if you know of particular brands of good quality. Thanks!
Use harwoord engineering, definitely. Plywood has a look very cheap, can be durable, but usually not attractive to potential buyers. Wood engineering but is a bit more expensive, but has many advantages to it. God s quality of wood as durable. If carried out, ca explored and re-polished. More importantly, definitely looks (and sounds!) much better, as they have this glow plastic laminated wood.
